Proof of Identity
We are required by our regulator to verify your identity before we can open an account for you. If you have been directed to this page, it is because we have tried to verify your details electronically but have been unable to do so. This can happen for a number of reasons and is not a cause for concern.
Please complete the form below and we should be able to open your account without the need for any posted documents.
Once submitted, we will process these details manually and then confirm your account details by email. We aim to respond within a couple of hours during normal business hours.
All of your details will be sent securely and treated in accordance with our Privacy Notice.
Please complete at least one section out of A and B, PLUS at least one section from C and D. The more sections you complete, the more likely we are to be able to verify your identity.
