Answers to the most common logging-in problems faced by our clients:
I have forgotten my login details.
If you have lost your account number or password, see Lost your details? for information. If you have forgotten both your account number and password, please contact the Helpdesk using the details below.
I want to change my login details.
When you have logged in, you can change your username and password as often as you like by visiting My Account > Settings.
I can't log in with my correct details.
If you are using the correct username and password but can't log in, please see our System Requirements page to check that we support your system. If you are sure that your browser is supported, please see our Settings and Troubleshooting section for help.
I get a blank page or missing items.
If you get a blank page or if items appear to be missing after logging in to PureDeal, it may be that your browser or security settings are not correctly configured for PureDeal. Please see Settings and Troubleshooting to find out how to configure your browser.
Are my details secure when I log in to PureDeal?
Yes. When entering the IG website, the logon uses a https connection to ensure that your account number and password are secure.
