Can't find what you're looking for in the Help and Support section? If you are logged into PureDeal and have launched Help and Support, you can raise and track email queries with our Customer Service staff by clicking on the Contact Us tab at the top of the portal screen.
You can view our responses in the My Queries section and request more information, if needed.
Accessing Help & Support
Anyone can visit the Help & Support section from the IG Markets site, but only account holders will be able to access the My Queries section by logging in through PureDeal.
