The intuitive interface of the Help Portal allows you to tailor your search based on specific keywords, see popular queries from other traders, or simply browse through our structured topics. Clients can also raise queries with our Client Services teams and follow our responses.

How to access Help & Support
The portal can be accessed from two different areas of the site:
- Non-clients looking for answers on general CFD trading or the service IG Markets offers can access the portal via the link on the top-right of this or any other page.
- Clients can access the portal via the link on the top-right of this or any other page, or by logging in to the PureDeal platform.
Only clients who log in via PureDeal will be able to access the My Queries section, which allows them to raise individual enquiries with our Client Services team and track our responses.
