Data Feeds
The L2 Dealer can feature many live trading feeds. This page details the initial feeds that will be supplied to you, plus details of the other feeds that are available.
How we supply data feeds depends on whether you are a professional or a non-professional user of the L2 system.
Essentially, if you have a Personal trading account then you are a non-professional user (and if you have a Corporate account you are a professional user).
If you have any questions about L2 data feeds or professional/non-professional users, then please contact your broker who will be pleased to help you.
When you first register for L2 access we will automatically set you up with the following at no charge (we will absorb the data fees on your behalf).
Initial L2 set-up: non-professional users
- Your local market (LSE, ASX, Singapore, or European exchange) Level 2 data*
- NYSE Level 1 data
- Reuters news
Initial L2 set-up: professional users
- Your local market (LSE, ASX, Singapore, or European exchange) Level 2 data*
- Reuters news
*Level 1 prices will be supplied if Level 2 is not available.
Whilst there is no cost to you for these initial feeds, we do require signed copies of the relevant redistribution agreements before we can supply you with this data.
In addition to these feeds, you can also add the following extra feeds. The monthly exchange fees for these are listed below and, should you request the feed, will be passed on to you and debited from your trading account on a monthly basis.

To sign up for any of these feeds as a non-professional user, please complete and return the relevant declarations below. To sign up for any of these feeds as a professional user, please contact your broker.
Non-professional user declarations
Before we can supply you with any data as a non-professional user, it is a condition of the data provider/s themselves that we obtain a personally-signed user declaration from you.
The general declaration above will enable us to supply you with data from any of the following exchanges as a non-professional user on request.

The exchanges listed below require a specific agreement from you before we are able to give you access to their data as a non-professional user.
The Singapore Exchange and ATHEX do not require a declaration from users, so we are able to set you up with their prices on request without further documentation.
