With Brokerage Services, your own dedicated trader is a phone call away to help you deal in CFDs, from making your first trade, explaining the different platforms available, to queries you may have in the future.
While they cannot offer trading advice, they can provide support. For example if you are encountering difficulties filling an order that is bigger than the underlying market, a phone call to your trader can help make it happen.
Personal broker support is an essential part of the IG Markets service, available to all account-holders. You can deal over the phone for no extra fee on top of your standard commission per trade (see Charges).
